Liked: The breakfast provided was nice and the rooms were clean
Disliked: There needs to be more convenience for the customer. customer service at the front desk the two young women that were there initially during my say, spoke to me in a little bit of a condescending way. Also, there is no microwave in the rooms and for them to be as small as they are with it, not being any microwave available in the room it’s very inconveniencing by the time you get back to the room from heating up your food in the main lobby sometimes the food can be cold for the amount that was being paid. I expected things to be a little bit more convenient. When calling to ask for the luggage card to be brought to my room with three receptionist sitting down at the front desk I was told that there was no one available to bring it upstairs to me.

Adequate place to stay but...

Liked: Close to airport, comfortable room, breakfast. Reliable shuttle service in the morning back to P4.
Disliked: Arrived at shuttle location a little after 10:30pm. Thought I had missed it since it wasn't there. Shuttle did not arrive at 11 pm. Called at 11:10. Was told where to find the shuttle - I said I was there at Stop 1 P4 but it didn't come. Was told it was on its way. At 11:15 called again and said it didn't come. Was told she would talk to the driver and he was on his way. I asked how long a drive it was. Was told 7 mins. Was ready to call at exactly 7 mins later when the shuttle arrived. Obviously it was not on its way when I was told it was two times but left when I called the second time. After a 10 hour flight late at night was very disappointed the shuttle did not maintain its advertised schedule and was lied to twice about its being on its way.

TERRIBLE

Liked: I don't have anything good to say about this motel.
Disliked: Where do I begin? The floors needed vacuuming. I had a very SMALL KING room. ONE OF THE ELEVATORS WAS BROKE!! Charged for parking on the property is so terrible. I will never stay at this motel ever again.

Disliked: At Newark Airport there is signage for two Shuttle locations.The hotel needs to note that the shuttle location is P.We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle at the wrong location aftertraveling for about 30 hours. Only airport staff with red jackets knowwhat is going on.

Good

Liked: The room was clean and had one of the better views of the city skyline. The shuttle was a little late but I didn't mind the wait, it could be more clearly labeled as I got confused between the right shuttles

Disliked: Elevator and juice machine both out of order. Staff too busy to answer phone. Couldnt confirm early checkin.
