Disappointing Experience – Not Up...

Disliked: My recent stay at this hotel in New York was, unfortunately, quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff proved completely unprepared to handle unexpected situations. Our credit card payment was not going through, and due to the time difference, it was impossible to contact our bank in Italy. The front desk offered no alternative solutions whatsoever—there were countless ways this issue could have been managed, but instead, they simply repeated the same answer over and over like a script. In the end, I had to call an American friend to resolve the situation for us.The room itself was also lacking in basic amenities. There were no proper spaces to hang shirts, jackets, or long dresses—something I would expect from a hotel of this level.Breakfast was another letdown: the quality was very low, and the variety of food offered was minimal.Overall, I expected much more from a hotel in this category. Sadly, it did not live up to its reputation.

Liked: The location!!!

All in all, our stay...

Liked: The location was great for access to subway which took us everywhere we wanted to go! We were within walking distance to the broadway shows and restaurants we wanted to eat at.
Disliked: The elevator system got backed up. By the time top floors got down to the 17th floor (where we stayed) they were full. One morning we went down the 17 floors of stairs.

Never never again

Disliked: Elevator and breakfast is unacceptable. The way guest behavior here is very sad to see.It’s overcrowded and unpleasant to be around so many rude guest who do not treat others respectful.
