Liked: Location was exactly where we wanted to be. Staff was very pleasant. Room was very nice! Clean and nice view
Disliked: Waiting for the elevator was a bit longer than we would have liked and at times too crowded to be able to get on. We couldn’t have breakfast there as it was way too crowded. I’m sure a larger seating area would be appreciated by all.

Family trip to NYC

Liked: Romms are clean, the staff was nice, and the location is fantastic.
Disliked: The caos around the lifts is carzy. You could easily spend 30 minutes waiting to get down. It's probably best to stick to lower lavels and use the stairs. It's about the same when it comes to breakfast, so many people with so little space.

Exceptional

Liked: Wonderful location and welcoming staff! Rooms updated and very clean. Elevator had cool key pad to manage traffic which was helpful never waited longer than 10 min for a ride. Breakfast was well supplied and staff carefully kept everything full and clean.
Disliked: Temperature of room and control of thermostat. Wish it could have some air movement. Temperature was fine if you in there for a while but upon arrival need to cool down. And when outside is 82 or hotter feels stuffy because of lack of fan.

Disliked: The storage in the room was poor, especially for a family of 4! One single wardrobe space and 2 single drawers! The waiting for an available lift with a buggy on the 14th floor resulted in us having to carry the buggy/bags and baby due to waiting over 20mins for an available lift!Breakfast was very basic. Not worth the additional money. Coffee was watery and the dining area was very busy.When the front desk and operations manager were informed about inadequances they apologised and asked we inform someone ‘higher up’.
