Not as comfortable as expected...

Disliked: Housekeeping comes every other day. The garbage pals were overflowing after 1 day because they were too small. They never made our bed. The AC was at a set temp and it couldn’t be changed to make the room cooler. Also, it went on and off and was super loud. Getting an elevator was a pain with the set up they have. I wouldn’t recommend or stay at this hotel again.

Central location. Room convenient. Terrible...

Liked: Room was small but convenient. Beds were ok.
Disliked: Breakfast. Food quality very poor. And too busy all times between 7-10am. People were fighting for a table to sit. Elevator between 830-10. Too busy. Couldn’t use it so walked down 13 floors. Imagine you are at 30th level.

Liked: The food was good, but the breakfast area was extremely congested, so we only took advantage of the "free" breakfast one day. There was not enough seating at breakfast, and the lines were long.
Disliked: Breakfast experience. Long elevator lines at peak times.

Great location but small and...

Liked: The area was perfect. We were able to walk and see almost everything. The hotel was nice and we love the breakfast options. The front desk was very helpful with checking our luggage and with booking our travel arrangements to the airport.
Disliked: Check was a bit hectic. We arrived early and thought we checked in. We checked our luggage, gave our IDs, credit cards, and then hit the town. On our return, the lobby was full, we went to get our keys, and they had not previously checked us in. We had to wait, and then redo our IDs and credit cards. Not a huge deal but very inconvenient. When we got to our room it was very stuffy, so we tried to turn the AC on. It did not work. We were only there for a night, so we just opened the window.
