Disliked: The property did NOT have the room I booked available. There was no hot water all weekend. My family and I had to take cold shower all weekend.

Overall, I had a great...

Liked: I enjoyed the staff. There was a tall black gentleman with a beard, he was very friendly. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was also very quiet. I really liked the location, it's in a good spot with it being close to the University of Memphis yet also close to midtown/downtown area.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the toilet. After flushing, it continued to run even after wiggling the handle. I almost thought it would overflow at times even though we didn't use too much toilet paper.
