Liked: We always stay here when we are in town. I appreciate that you have some type of meat everyday for breakfast and you are not hiding meat in gravy. The staff is always pleasant.
Disliked: The carpet in our room could have been vacuumed.

Good enough for the location...

Liked: Good location. Front desk staff friendly as usual.
Disliked: My biggest issue is that housekeeping did not replace our wet towels during our 3-day stay. There was no DND sign on the door on day 2, and the room was vacated for several hours. Housekeeping did not enter the room so we had no clean towels, despite a sign on the mirror saying housekeeping will be in every other day. Minor nuisance but irritating nonetheless. Also, the desk chair was very worn (second room I’ve stayed in with worn-out desk chairs).

Liked: The staff were some of the nicest I've encountered at any hotel. Went out of their way to be helpful and so approachable. Facilities very clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely will return.
Disliked: Pillows were a little hard.
