Liked: Due to the covid-19 pandemic,breakfast was not serve,also the location at this particular property was fantastic.
Disliked: If there was a million dollars under my mattress

Great value, clean, amazing staff

Liked: The reasonable cost was very surprising to me. Unfortunately I didn?t make it to breakfast either day so I can?t speak to that. But the location was perfect- right near Penn Station and a block away from a class I?m taking. Also there is Korean food so I would highly suggest trying one of those restaurants or the Halal food truck and not Friedman?s, which is super overpriced and the quality is NOT on par. Drink was quite good, in all fairness, but it was $16. Two other key positives about the hotel: First, the staff are incredibly warm people, and they?re sharp and efficient. They know exactly how everything works, are organized and communicate with each other very well. The other reviewers weren?t exaggerating about them. Thank you so much. Second positive: cleanliness. The sheets were very clean and so was the bathroom. Moreover, good water pressure in the shower, toilet worked perfectly, Neutrogena products and an enormous medicine cabinet! Heaven! Great chair and desk, great hair dryer, a safe in the closet and good bed & pillows. Window opens for fresh air.
Disliked: Thing that can improve: The sheets and comforter were not the right size and only covered the very top of the bed so we used the back up blanket in the closet, which was a great blanket but needed to be washed.

Okay stay

Liked: When we checked in the room was clean but the toilet wasn?t properly working. We had two engineers come in to attempt to fix it but we still had issues. We were told that we would have our room changed but the front desk manager made us move in the middle of leaving for dinner and we asked if we can switch when we returned and she wasn?t willing to wait she wanted to resell a room with a faulty toilet. So we ended up missing our dinner reservation but other than that we enjoyed the location and ease of being close to everything we needed.
Disliked: Manager not willing to accommodate the room move, we were on our way out the door.
