It was nice but would...
Liked: Very clean. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: The a/c rattled all night. The Continental breakfast is now a bag with an orange, mini water bottle and a muffin due to covid. The pool is restricted and times must be booked by the hour due to covid.

Not happy... uncomfortable
Liked: The swimming pool.
Disliked: The room was too small and they could not accommodate our needs. When I booked the room it stated that it had a couch but it didn?t.

Liked: Check-in & the facility was great! Our room was very nice, albeit kind of small, & clean as were the halls.
Disliked: Our room overlooked the pool. We went to take our 2 yo granddaughter, who couldn?t quit looking out the window & talking about the pool, to swim & was told we couldn?t, that we had to make a reservation & there were none. Never once during check-in or on their website or on Booking.com did they say that in order to use the pool you had to make a reservation. There were no signs that were visible stating as such either. They tried telling me it was some Health Dept policy about only 5 ppl being in the pool at once. Only we went to Kentucky Kingdom the next day & ALL of their pools were packed shoulder to shoulder. So that wasn?t true.We also paid, in our room rate, for breakfast. When my husband went down to get breakfast for us he was given 2 very small carry out boxes & nothing to drink. He comes up to the room & we opened the containers to find 4 round, almost burnt, eggs & 4 severely overcooked sausages. None of it was edible.I called the manager after looking at the breakfast. When I explained it all he was so rude. He said he specifically listed the pool on Booking.com which he did not. He thought bc it said some amenities may be restricted that that should be enough for us to know & understand that we couldn?t use the pool. It wasn?t. As for the breakfast there was no apology or let me make you guy new, edible food. He said he could throw together a cold breakfast for us. When I again explained that my room rate was supposed to cover the things we weren?t being given he said, ?Look lady, we?re in the middle of a pandemic & I can?t...? I stopped him there & told him we?d be checking out & wanted my money for that current day refunded. He said he?d gladly do that. I?m tired of ppl using this non-lethal virus as an excuse to not do their jobs. The only good thing out of that entire confrontation was that he refunded all of my money which was more than I asked for.
