Liked: The facilities were perfect. Clean friendly and welcoming
Disliked: The breakfast was supposed to last until 10am but by 915 they were out of eggs, sausage and French toast. When we asked the employee working the breakfast she said that what was there was all there is. Even though there were about 8 or 9 people who had just arrived to breakfast

The pool is really bad
Liked: We have been there twice. Both times everything from the staff to the food was great. Rooms are good for the price
Disliked: The Pool. It was cold, disgusting, WAYYYY TO MUCH CHLORINE. We live in Lockport and specifically went back there to take advantage of the pool It didn’t look like it has been cleaned in a while. I think they put chlorine in and call it a wrap. The bottom had orange slime all over the bottom. We lasted about 15 minutes. The water was literally burning the bottom of our feet and eyes. Love the rest of the hotel. But I don’t think we will be returning anytime soon.
