Nice hotel in bad neighborhood

Liked: Nice, clean hotel about a mile from Bates.
Disliked: Really bad town-- I would not stay here unless my child went to Bates. (We were there for a Colby regatta nearby.)

Way better than expected!

Liked: Estella at the front desk and Pat at breakfast were awesome! So helpful and kind. Kids loved the pool and free cookies and thought the waffles were the best things ever.
Disliked: The coffee was pretty mediocre.
