Overall, the hotel was fine....

Liked: Room was nice and staff was very kind
Disliked: Very noisy both with traffic from the interstate and also people next door/ in the hallway. We also had no conditioner in our shower, which we informed the front desk of, but was never refilled.

Excellent hotel with attention to...

Liked: I’d been on the road two days already when I reached Joliet. The previous nights in other well recognized properties did not match the cleanliness, hospitality, or tasty warm breakfast of the Joliet Hampton Inn, but the really big difference was the comfortable bed and pillows, allowing for a very restful night’s sleep.
