Liked: Convenient location. Clean
Disliked: Bathroom sink clogged. Broken wall decor piece. Side entrance that was "locked at all times for security" wasn't locked (depending on which way you turned the handle it would stick and allow the door to keep opening without a key)

Overall very pleasant and great...

Liked: Nice clean bathrooms, beds were comfortable, pet friendly, easy check and out, breakfast was great.
Disliked: USB outlet was broken but had other outlets to use that were working.

Very dirty and dishonest staff

Liked: Looks great, nice at the registration.
Disliked: They sent me out because I’m not 21. The fault is more with booking.com than Hampton inn. Booking.com failed to mention I had to be 21 to book a stay here at Hampton inn. So, I already paid the money and on the receipt said “non-refundable” without me even being able to check into the hotel. Fix your shit please. Be specific if there’s a place you need to be 21 to check into or at least don’t give the option to prepay EVER. Thanks.
