Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was refreshing. Included breakfast was delicious with many options. Room was quiet and spacious
Disliked: Some litter around the pool from other quests

Liked: Bad location and a bad area in Fort Lauderdale. The waffle maker was broken. The toaster was broken no close places to eat.
Disliked: A hole there is a hole in the floor bad view of the bad view out the window

Liked: The customer service at this hotel was fantastic. Very helpful and informative
Disliked: What I didn't like was that the hotel is very outdated. Smart TV does not exist. I could not access popular networks such as Netflix or Hulu nore. Was it possible to smart cast from any device for entertainment. On a good note, the hotel did have premium channels such as showtime and HBO, which was pleasant.

Liked: The hotel was good value for money and in a location we liked. The included breakfast was also good.
Disliked: The bar in the hotel was not particularly inviting - very quiet.

Liked: The best part of our stay here is the receptionist Khaleid. We are a family of 3, and we all got sick from our cruise. We canceled all our plans in Fort Lauderdale because all we wanted was to rest and sleep to recover for our flight back to Canada the next day. He gave us complimentary early check-in and late check out. Thank you very much for your understanding. I will book again with Hampton's because of your kindness.

Liked: The property was very close to the downtown area. So you really didn’t have to rent a car.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t good at all. The AC unit in my room was extremely loud and there was a gap between the wall and the AC unit so I can see outside through the gap. I also found a Rich in my room one night.
