Liked: Room was large and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I didn't like that we had to ask for towels and our room was only serviced twice

Definitely picked the wrong weekend....

Liked: The staff's demeanor made a horrible stay bearable. The desk staff was very kind and helpful. The room was fully equipped.
Disliked: The minor issue was the outdated microwave. The 2 major issues were excessive noise coming from the next room, from 4-6am, and, the noise coming from the above room (which they were doing a full fledged remodel on) that started at 6:30am. I was told that they weren't supposed to start working until 9am. The noise was unbearable, and, fully ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend.

Liked: Was undergoing renovations, but was being kept clean. The pool (not yet opened, but would be in a few days) looked inviting. Beds comfortable. Breakfast very good (better than some other Hampton Inns). Staff friendly, offering fresh water when we checked in, letting us know we could easily get more. Only stayed one night, as we were traveling, but would definitely return.
Disliked: Will be nice, when done. New shower bodies put in over old ones-you could see old drain through the new one (not sure how easy that will be to clean), but shower floor made a weird noise, when you stepped on it, as it doesn’t seem to be supported underneath. Also toilet paper holder not properly installed, so holder fell off all the time. The contractor needs to check their work.

Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: No.

Descent hotel, lacking advertised amenities

Liked: Not far from family location or highway.
Disliked: Neither the indoor pool nor the fitness room were open. We expected to swim with a grand child, who was extremely disappointed. Website should have been updated to state this. We might have stayed elsewhere.
