I would stay at this...

Liked: Our room was not clean. There was a giant red stain on the carpet in between the beds. Our bathroom floor was covered in someone else’s hair. There was popcorn From the previous guest that was still left on the floor and when we call the front desk to get someone to clean the room, we were told that they did not have any housekeeping available because it was Easter weekend. I had to go over everything with Clorox wipes and go to my uncle’s house and get a swiffer mop to clean the bathroom floor. Also, our room smelled like cigarettes and like someone had eaten onions in the room.
Disliked: The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. I have stayed at this hotel several times before and has always been a good experience on this particular stay I just felt that our room was dirty and they were understaffed because of Easter weekend.

Short Stay at the Hampton...

Liked: The staff were very welcoming & pleasant! I felt at home! They took the time to pet and greet my fur baby! The area where guests could hang out and eat their breakfast was very clean! The choices for breakfast were great!The room where I stayed was exceptionally clean and comfortable
Disliked: I was not able to get my senior discount because I had made my reservation through a 3rd party. The receptionist tried. However, she did give me a card, so next time, I can call them and make my reservation. Yes, there will be a next time after Christmas!
