Disliked: didn't inform that they were not cleaning the room. when discovered claimed 3 notices. there was only one. why no disclose key info that cleaning was on-demand at $100 a night!?!

Disliked: The breakfast was not good at all. They said that they would provide us with a grab bag and water. I felt like we were an inconvenience when we had to ask for them. Then I had to request water each day and only received it on the first day. Also the room didn't smell the best. Finally when we had to request more towels they were damp and didn't smell the greatest.

Liked: Location to the airport, and the shuttle service. All staff was accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything worked out great.

Liked: Close to the airport and like the shuttle
Disliked: That I couldn?t park in the lot because I went threw a 3rd party, which I didn?t know and had paid more for the room and why do u let 3rd parties intercept anyway.

Liked: I booked this room for my brother and his girlfriend. They were not satisfied with the bagged breakfast at all. Unfortunately, they did not follow the rules and I was charged a $300 smoking/cleaning fee on top of the charge for the 3 days. I signed an authorization to only charge my card for no more than the amount for the 3 days and I was still charged an additional amount!
Disliked: That the manager took upon himself to charge my card an additional amount.
