Outrageous pet fee

Disliked: Outrageous to claim hotel is quote dog friendly, when you charge $75 pet fee. Other competitors average $25 or wave fee. Will definitely not stay here again!

Liked: The facilities, the outside atmosphere. Most of the staff.
Disliked: Olivier who is the night desk clerk was fairly cordial until I started having problems booking my room through Booking. Com who for some reason would not take either one of my debit cards even though One was a Government Debit Card & the other was a Wells Fargp Visa Debit Card with over $5,000. in the acct. so after Many failed attempts at trying to get Booking.com to fix the problem I tried getting Olivier to simply run the same card on file from the night before but he refused then started to come close to interrogating me as to how I paid for the previous nights as if I had used an unauthorized card. Then, instead of just letting me go back to my room so we could figure it out in the morning I had to get a Lyft ride at 1:30 in the Morning to Another hotel where I had No Problem paying on line through another 3rd party booking site. Not a pleasant experience at All.

very good stay

Liked: We were late to arrive do to heavy traffic on road and I asked my daughter to call the hotel and tell them of the situation and she was told not to worry that the reservation was ok, when we got to the hotel a young man named Trey was waiting for us he was very professional and pleasant.
Disliked: the room 209 is behind the elevators
