Liked: This is one the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.And the staff is very friendly.
Disliked: Nothing its great.

Overall it was a good...

Liked: Check in was easy. Room was comfortable, good access to multible plugs for devices. Good wi-fi, TV. Location proximity to downtown convention center was great.
Disliked: There were just minor irritations but ones that should not have been present if proper checklist/process was followed:There was no toilet paper holder rod for the paper roll in the bathroom. There was a "used" soap bar still in the shower.The Hot Water thermos server along side the coffee thermos containers in the breakfast dining room contained lukewarm water so unable to make tea. This was at 7:30 am.

Liked: Bed was hard as a brick, pillows were horrid, asked for extra didn't receive. Booking was messed up when I went there but the front desk clerk along with the rest of staff was helpful and nice.
