Thought it would be a...

Disliked: Mold in shower area, refrigerator not working called desk 3 times to repair or replace never happened.Tv on blink first day,Air conditioner extremely loud sounded broken first five minutes of operation ever time it started,no drinking cups in bathroom or anywhere.Outside area littered with cigarette butts and other small garbage ,really bad outside that only a broom would take care of in 30 minutes ,you can see it hasn’t been touched in months

It was a great stay...

Liked: It was very clean. We had a little incident but they took care of it right away. Everyone was really nice and overall very clean place. Breakfast was very good as well.

Liked: The halls were clean
Disliked: The customer service wanted to charge an incidental fee when I went to the Hampton inn on 6044 Leesburg pike didnt do the same thing. I called ahead to confirm before spending 40.00 to come there . NEVER AGAIN.
