This hotel exceeded my expectations.

Liked: This property is conveniently located near the Kaiser Permanente hospital in Santa Clara. It is exceptionally clean, exceptionally comfortable, and welcomed me with courtesy and extra kindness. When I thought the little fridge was not working (because it was so silent) they offered to come check immediately. Throughout my stay, in fact, I was contacted to see if all was going well (via text). When I thought I needed a late checkout, my request was granted within minutes. I never did use the gym, business center, or breakfast room.
Disliked: I would have liked the option to open a window and get fresh air.
