It was a wonderful stay...

Liked: I liked everything, especially the balcony, the view is nice
Disliked: The bathroom door was a barn door which was nice but it doesn't lock

Liked: Airport proximity
Disliked: Dimly lit lobby, hallways, bad ac/heater that never seemed to turn off always blowing despite the settings being correct on thermostat. My room number didn’t match room number on phone which was kind of funny. Electrical outlet in nightstand kept making a tiling sound like a watch, nothing I tried could stop the sound, very annoying.

Great place near the airport!

Liked: The location was great! Very close to the airport. The shuttle driver and staff were all so helpful and friendly.
Disliked: My only complaint was that I wish the shuttle service started a little bit earlier in the morning. It starts at 5 but many times you need to be at the airport by 4. I think it would be a great service to your customers to start it earlier.

It was not what we...

Disliked: At first I was given a room without a suite after ordering a suite with a balcony then when I inquired about it was I was told I would have to be moved to the 2 nd floor from the 4th like it was a punishment. The room was not made up one day and of course it was a day we spilled coffee on the bedding when I called the desk to ask about it they said they would figure something out and came and handed me the sheets and towels But the breakfast was top notch. The pool was freezing. The reason we chose the hotel was for the pool. The kids still used it but we were hoping to swim with them. It was rather disappointing
