We will definitely stay here again. We have and will tell everyone about The Hampton Inn & Suites!

Liked: The staff was wonderful - they upgraded us and our room was perfect. They called us a cab to the concert and the food was delicious!
Disliked: Nothing negative to say.

Disliked: Girl checking us in was like she was asleep 😴 at all times!! not one bit welcoming. You would come in at night like 8pm/9pm she be sitting on the chairs in the rest areas on her laptop. Huffing and puffing anytime u ask her to get up an do her job was embarrassing actually. Even my son comment on her demeanor. Saw her be rude to another lady that was in front to. Even checking in, says smile behind the counter.. I had to laugh as she had big sour puss the whole time never once ask us we having a nice time or things to see. Zero nothing!

Liked: I checked into a room that still had a half-empty LaCroix in it - not a great start, but it's how you finish. Desk staff apoloegtically put me in a better room, breakfast was excellent, I slept well. Couldn't ask for much more on a one-night trip.

Liked: Excellent location in Mountain View. Was comfortable. For the kind of hotel it is, it’s a great choice.
Disliked: I would have liked soy milk for my coffee and cereal.
