Don't stay here!
Liked: Nothing! Waste of money!
Disliked: Stuff was rude! The room was dirty. It smells like a$$. It was horrible! The hot tub was dirty! The shower had hair in too!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Nothing below comfort inn, etc. standards, but I booked Hampton Inn because past experience showed me they were a cut above. I was disappointed. this Hampton was no better than the average Comfort Inn , Holiday Inn express, etc.Breakfast heated items were lukewarm the first two days, then somebody, not me, complained and the last two days the food was warmer-not hot- but much warmer. Room housekeeping was poor. I think they hotel had hired several summer vacation high school students and were just being trained. If so that is OK. It is a good thing to hire summertime students, but if this cleaning was from permanent staff then they need to be better managed. Waste baskets seldom emptied, Toilet paper roller was empty two days. I finally put the paper on the roller myself. Floor didn't appear to be vacuumed often, nearly empty cups of cold coffee were never disposed of. Generally not up to expectations for a Hampton Inn. Maybe because it is now owned by Hilton, but quality has deteriorated from previous Hampton Inn stays.

I have finally been offered...
Liked: Possible fire. Alarms went off due to steam from a shower. Fire alarm shut off after 15 min., but fire dept. was not called until a guest called them. We had to summon the manager, who came after 30 min. He was extremely ride and condescending. No apologies! We weren't getting our money back. He sarcastically suggested we leave, "but it was our choice." He had told the new desk clerk to shut off the alarm and not call the fire dept. He was told to go up to the offending room and double check. This young man was NOT trained for emergencies! He was instructed yo shurlt offvthe alarm, he didn't know where the stairways were, he went up in the elevator to check the room, and the offenders would not let him come in to check! While we waited for the manager, the phones started screeching and we're not usable if there was another problem, he couldn't call out. It was so loud and not working, we suggested he just disconnect it! Come to find out, one of the guests said they had stayed there 3 years prior, and the steam from a shower had set off an alarm! Don't you think it could have been dealt with in 3 years? Total mismanagement!!
Disliked: Safety should have been a top priority! Management needed to be trained in customer relations! He should be fired for his overall lack of concern and rude manner. He showed no compassion and even refused to give us his name or company details. I told him my daughter was a manager in the hospitality business and she would never: not show up, let her staff take the blame, or be so blatantly rude! to give us his name.) Young man at the desk should have been better trained, but he only did what he was told!

Disliked: Way over priced. Promised a better price and ended up paying much more. The guy at the front desk every morning was very rude.

Liked: It was fine . Would prefer more fruit choices please . Coffee was great ! Thank you !
Disliked: It could use a new toilet seat . Some new caulking in bathroom around tub. The mirror could be replaced . The door was see through the crack on bottom and the side . We. Think the upkeep has gone down in past 2 years . We stay every year. Very noisy guest early am 6 am , not the hotels fault . We didn’t call the front desk either .
