Liked: Staff was helpful and very courteous.
Disliked: Yes, the prices for the snacks were way too high and the valet parking was way to expensive.

Pleasantly surprised given other reviews I had read. Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Passion fruit juice to go with the O.J. in the morning. Working refrigerator in room.
Disliked: Ice maker was dead, even though when I asked I was told it was working.

We had a nice stay.

Liked: Good location. Very close walk to a café where we got lunch.
Disliked: The valet was very noisy from outside our windows. We heard beeping of car door locking the whole time.

Disliked: The Pool area didn't have a hot tub, just the regular pool which was a little cold that day. The desk chair it was broken in room 520. It didn't hold my back. Rooms rates are pricey.

Liked: It was near the event I was attending. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Their blackout curtains are the best! Not a pinch of light came in.
Disliked: I slept too long because it was so nice and dark. I got a late start.

Liked: The room was large, clean, modern. WiFi was excellent and a big screen TV. Rent bed was very comfortable with great linens. Breakfast was very good compared to most hotels.
Disliked: If you have a room that faces Vine Street where the hotel is located, bring powerful earplugs. It is VERY noisy.
