Liked: Staff was helpful and very courteous.
Disliked: Yes, the prices for the snacks were way too high and the valet parking was way to expensive.

Pleasantly surprised given other reviews I had read. Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Passion fruit juice to go with the O.J. in the morning. Working refrigerator in room.
Disliked: Ice maker was dead, even though when I asked I was told it was working.

Liked: There was nothing in particular that stood out. Everything was ok.
Disliked: The bed was not the most comfortable but it wasn’t terrible. The pillows, however, were terrible! A folded towel would have had more fluff. What I found unacceptable was the fact that no one was in the dining area keeping it clean. There were disinfecting wipes by the plates which is what I used to clean my table. Considering this is not an inexpensive hotel, I shouldn’t be expected to wipe down my own table. There should be someone there making sure the area & tables are clean.

We had a nice stay.

Liked: Good location. Very close walk to a café where we got lunch.
Disliked: The valet was very noisy from outside our windows. We heard beeping of car door locking the whole time.

Liked: Large rooms, full breakfast included, Very Clean. Excellent customer service m
Disliked: The Pool area didn't have a hot tub, just the regular pool which was a little cold that day. The desk chair it was broken in room 520. It didn't hold my back. Rooms rates are pricey.
