very comfortable stay with my...

Liked: Very friendly receptionists and comfortable stay with my dog. Some support person from Booking.com reached out to me and said that my dog would not be allowed, but once I messaged back, the receptionist let me know that they are having issues with Booking.com and then my dog was absolutely allowed to join for a $50 fee. Once I was there, everything was great!

Liked: Breakfast was lacking —no knives to cut open bagel, out of dark roast coffee. I think she just couldn’t keep up!Floors outside the elevator were sticky. The guy who checked us in complained about working too many hours and how he hates third party bookings. Didn’t really set a good tone.

Liked: Rooms were clean and staff was nice.
Disliked: Had a 'cockroach' in our bathroom. The breakfast hot food tasted microwaved and the gravy had no flavor and cold.
