Liked: The girl working the front desk was awesome. She really tried to help us.
Disliked: They treat guests who book off of Booking.com like third rate citizens. When we checked in (it was 11pm), I saw the bathtub and it was nasty. There was pink mold and mildew and you could tell by the soap scum on the faucets that it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I used the app to contact the front desk to ask that they get housekeeping to thoroughly clean the tub the next day while we were out. The next morning, I got a text from the new front desk person asking about our stay. I told her about the tub as well and she assured me she would get housekeeping to clean it. Housekeeping did not clean it. When we went back to the front desk to tell them it hadn't been cleaned, the desk clerk was extremely apologetic and mentioned that this was an issue with housekeeping. She called the manager to ask about switching us to another room. His first question was how did we book. He said since we booked through a third party that they weren't going to do anything about it. That's when I got mad. If you don't want people to book through a third party, don't offer it through a third party. My son plays lacrosse for the college about 3 miles from the hotel. For the season, I had booked this hotel for 5 weekends. I cancelled the remaining three reservations for the season and won't go back. The desk clerk was amazing.
