As always with Hamptons, it was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The pool and hot tubs are sparkly clear. The beds are awesome; the breakfast was even better than usual - everything yummy and piping hot. Thanks to the amazing staff!

Liked: I booked this property for Fredericksburg, Virginia, however I meant to book for Fredericksburg, Texas. I got to the hotel in Texas and they informed me of my mistake. I called and spoke to somebody at the Virginia location and they were going to try to issue me a refund. They charged me 279. and I don’t see the other portion of the fees that I have paid.
Disliked: It was in a different state than I wanted to make the reservation

I chose the Hampton Inn...

Liked: Breakfast was a plus.
Disliked: The overall cleanliness of the building is lacking. The $50 charge for having a dog is excessive given the condition of the building. The room was adequate but tired and needing an upgrade. Furniture is worn. Bathroom needs work. Sink did not drain. For the cost of this room for one night, it was over priced and underdelivered.

Good value for your money.

Liked: Breakfast was good and they also give you a little lunch bah with snacks in it. Across the street was a good restaurant.
Disliked: The pillows were a little flat
