Simple things they could have prevented but did not. I had enough on my card for my room so when they overcharged me for the valet service that took me overdrawn so now I have to pay overdrawn fees. Thanks.

Disliked: Valet parking was a nightmare, waited in line for about half an hour, when the guy came was cut by several people, then my keys were missing, after searching for about 20-30 minutes, I was told that mt keys were at the front desk, went around to the front desk and they told me valet had my keys, the valet guy then showed up and said I wanted my car released after I had told him I only wanted the keys to put things in the car, was then informed my car was in an outside lot and it would take longer. The whole situation was very stressful and seemed as if the staff did not have communication

Liked: Loved the location! The room was super clean!
Disliked: At check in, I had to ask the concierge the same question about parking a couple of times before recidivist a clear answer. Fan in room was too loud, woke us both up several times through put the night. Staff at breakfast were talking negatively about my fiancé when he went to get breakfast - it was later then expected but they could have said “no breakfast is over” instead of talking about him in a different language (picked up words he knew). At check out, the concierge was not verbally communicating, instead just pointing at what we needed to do.
