Great people; it was nice to have a breakfast available. Friendly staff!! I will be back for sure. Charlotte has sooooo much to offer.

Liked: Very clean, modern, very friendly atmosphere, nice location, great amenities.
Disliked: Walls seemed thin, not sure but it seemed room 226 may have backed up to elevators or ice machine, something was making noises loud enough that it could be heard quite often. If I stay again, I would pick a different room number.

Disliked: They charged me for 250 smoking fee and I don’t even smoke and never have. I’m pissed - and it was based of the housekeeping staff.

Liked: check in person very nice, Coffee in the lobby a plus, 6 of us could sit together in lobby to talk. Great shuttle to airport.

Liked: Excellent facilities and staff were friendly. I was surprised about a fee to park but unfortunately understand that the connection to the airport and shuttle services probably necessitates this cost. People will park there if it were free and take advantage of the lot.
Disliked: The outside doors would not open with the room key. I was forced to walk completely around the hotel from back to front because my door key didn't work at the side or rear door. I know this wasn't just my key because after the second day, I saw several people have the same issue even during the day. Safety is a priority, that I understand but it would have been nice to know this ahead of time and no one mentioned it.

Liked: Ok..
Disliked: Hair all around on the tiled spaces, in the hall, behind the toilet, beside the toilet, beside the shower, under and beside the vanity, in the closet and hallway. Lots of hair, the tile was Grey, so the hair easily matched the tile, would have been more easily seen on white tile. HORRIBLE. The hotel offered me no compensation, because I had not booked through them directly--they took no responsibility for a dirty room.
