Great people; it was nice to have a breakfast available. Friendly staff!! I will be back for sure. Charlotte has sooooo much to offer.

Liked: Cleanliness and the staff was amazing.

Liked: Modern, clean, comfortable
Disliked: Generally a pleasant stay, except for check out day. I was given a late check out from the front desk and scheduled my day around this. Despite this, the cleaning crew knocked on my door multiple times, arguing with me and asking me to leave. This was quite annoying - please coordinate this better in the future.

Liked: The breakfast was ok, about ehat I expected
Disliked: Our check in was late, tge booking app didn't sent our reservation so we were in limbo for 45 minutes before we were allowed in our room.
