Very accommodating for an unplanned...

Liked: Bus came quickly to pick us up, after we missed our flight from CLT. Staff offered us a late checkout, without us even asking, due to the fact we arrived very late and our flight the next day was in the afternoon. Very friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

Awesome location near the airport

Liked: The shuttle service was convenient. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items. The room was spacious and well-appointed. All staff with whom we interacted were awesome.

Comfy place

Liked: Breakfast was amazing and the bed and couch were super comfortable.
Disliked: The microwave did not work. Power would not come on and no way to reach the plug/outlet. Live TV did not work so could not watch local stations. Shuttle service is very confusing since so many hotels have Hilton in the name. Drivers ask what address you are going to before they take you. We did not have our reservation ready so may have missed a shuttle. Make sure you know or have the address ready if using the shuttle.
