Would’ve been a great stay...

Liked: The breakfast was good. Hotel is in a good location.
Disliked: Someone had a key that worked at our room. The person successfully opened the door but was stopped by the security lock.

Short stay to visit Arundel...

Liked: Great location. Clean, spacious rooms and large common areas. Pool and fitness areas are great as well. Friendly staff and management.

Disliked: The staff gave someone else our room. When we arrived she said we already checked in. Then the room she gave us had a bed bug and had to get another room. We brought the bedbug to the counter and the next lady said yes that's a bed bug but that's normal because we are a dog hotel. Wow really. Very disappointed

I’ll never stay with their...

Liked: The front desk clerk was unhelpful. The hotel charged me twice for the room and when I went to fix it, they basically called me a liar. I ended up calling my bank to dispute the charges since the manager couldn’t be bothered to do anything until noon when they were on shift. Around 1 in the afternoon, I got a voicemail saying they saw their error and refunded my money. All well and good I got my refund, but the way they went about it was poor and I’ll never stay at their hotel again. I ended up leaving the hotel on Saturday and not even staying for the booked days.
