Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Was almost like being at home.
Disliked: I wasn't able to stay longer and I didn't book directly through the hotel site.

Liked: Heated pool and jacuzzi. Wonderful staff, they are so helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: Our heating and cooling in the room didn't seem to work. Shower water was not very hot. We've stayed here 3 times previously, so this room issue was surprising.

Never again

Liked: I travel a bit and this site is sad and shouldnt be a Hilton, dirty and old. Next morning the elevator was closed due to a water leak and fire department shut it down. Demand a refund!!!!! We are in our 70s and expect Hilton quality which this site was not!!!
Disliked: Dirty, old and not maintained
