Liked: Everything hampton inn has always been our favorite

Disappointing

Liked: The location is close to the freeway.
Disliked: As soon as I open the door to our room there was a very strong smell of urine. I was not sure if it was the bed, the restroom or if it was because there were homeless people living on the opposite side wall of the hotel room. I had to ask for a room change, but the second room they gave us was in terrible condition. The toilet flush was not working and the shower pressure was very weak.

Adequate for a weekend trip

Liked: I liked the bathroom, how nice it was.
Disliked: the room felt unclean such as things needed to be dusted and the fan was dusty. The window needed to be cleaned and dusted near the corners.

Superb

Liked: Everything was nice and clean, friendly staff, and good location.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't what I expected, but it was ok

I enjoy this hotel chain....

Liked: Always nice to have an included breakfast with a hotel stay. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.
Disliked: A little surprised and disappointed that the bathroom didn't have a tub. Would have been nice to have and to know that beforehand.

Our trip was short just...

Liked: The staff and location are wonderful. We were under a timeline so we didn't eat breakfast but the coffee was good.
Disliked: The carpet on our floor was pretty dirty and could use a vacuum. The lobby was under construction but they seemed to have the dust contained.

Disliked: The construction going on.
