Liked: Everything was alright and I had no problem with checking in at all and I got my deposit back.
Disliked: The meat that was served on Saturday at breakfast, it was cold and it didn't taste good at all. It would be nice they would serve grits on the menu cause some people don't eat oatmeal.

Liked: Liked the front staff person at check-in with long blond hair. He was very nice and helpful. We also thought the breakfast was good in the AM.
Disliked: At one point, none of the elevators were working. The facility is a very large Hampton and there were multiple large groups in the hotel. That the elevators were all broken was a major problem. Having broken my shoulder the year before, it was hard for me to lug the suitcase up and down. Eventually one of the elevators was fixed but for the hundreds and hundreds of people staying there, it was a problem. Also, didn't like that we had to pay for parking. Boo. Not good at a Hampton. Last, we stayed at the Hampton in Isle of Palms, SC several days later and were blown away by how exceptionally wonderful it was. It reinforced how Old Town Area South needs to improve itself.
