Liked: Everything was great even the pet fee was waived. It may have been my mistake but I thought I was getting a suite for that price.

Liked: Very clean and all of the front desk staff were amazing.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast clean up was very loud, with very loud music in the breakfast area. I was meeting with a real estate agent and had to move to the business center in order to hear.

Disliked: Cleaning every other day, the pull out couch was terrible and uncomfortable like sleeping on a pallet, pillows were flat, elevator was broken 3 of 4 days we were there and we were on the third floor, breakfast was boring with lack of selection and powdered eggs and week old, stale biscuits, the walls were paper thin and could hear all others bathroom time in next door rooms, and the location was on a busy street with constant traffic day and night. As well, upon checking out, we were greeted with Sherwood tax, Washington county tax and Oregon state tax for each night…around $20 a night. This place is horrible. If I could get my money back, I would but since I can’t I would advise nobody stay at this hotel.

Disliked: That was charged twice for the same room.this used up all the money that I had. I was on vacation visiting my son. Which I hadn't seen for 2 years right before I had brain surgery. My debit card was declined when we all went to dinner it was $250, and it was declined how unconvinent, especially when you are trying to have fun but you're too busy trying to find out the problem and they are closing and you're on the phone with your bank and the bank app on your phone it was a nightmare no thank you
