Liked: Great staff , evrything was clean. Also great area it was in around restaurants and bucees .
Disliked: Walking into the room it had a weird smell . But we sprayed some room spray and it was able to go away. Bed was a little too hard for me . But we had a good night

Old and needs cleaning and...

Liked: We asked for a first floor room and we got it. The in room coffee was better than most. It was convenient to restaurants.
Disliked: When you have to put"quality" in the name, you can suspect it isn't.The room air system was musty, the curtains old and dusty looking. The K bed was comfortable but the sheets looked like they had been slept in. The couch was old, lumpy and had a tear in one cushion. Carpet worn and dingy. The TV had the channels we wanted. We didn't use tub or shower. The pool was closed. Breakfast skimpy offerings. I left a note for house-keeping about blood on a wall and an unidentifiable mess on another.

Disliked: People in the eating area and common areas barefoot no shoes. Key card would not stay programmed everyday had to get new keys

Disliked: I paid for a Jacuzzi room but didn't get to enjoy the Jacuzzi because It wouldn't work properly
