It was a good experience...

Liked: Clean, hygienic , great location, welcoming staff. They were considerate enough for let go incidental charge in advance as they were facing payment gateway connectivity issue.
Disliked: They should provide atleast basic water bottles in the room and toiletries rather than a guest expecting it to be there but didn’t find one. Another $ or two wouldn’t harm and atleast these things will evolve customer’s experience and choice of stay for future.
