under furnished studio size hotel...

Liked: location for my needs, for others not so much. room was much larger than a normal room. the coffee was very good.
Disliked: room was under furnished. limited seating, tables, clothing drawers and lighting. the room had a funny smell during the day. pillows were cheap and

Disliked: Very unpleasant woman working the front desk with a thick accent. Terrible customer service and lack of communication. Very accusatory, lied, and was not willing to even hold a discussion or see another persons perspective.

Very nicely decorated and clean.

Liked: There were many options.
Disliked: There was no non dairy milk for vegans or people who are lactose intolerant. It is easy to include a box of almond or soy milk in a refrigerated area like another hotel we stayed at.

We'd gladly return and stay...

Liked: Breakfast was good with lots of options. Orange juice was watered down. Coffee, tea and other juice options were wonderful. Rooms were clean, comfy with a modern element to the decor.
Disliked: We had a street facing room and traffic was a bit noisy, though no fault of the hotel for this.
