Liked: room was comfortable and well-appointed.
Disliked: Airport shuttle was not available, even though it was listed as an amenity when I booked the hotel. Uber to/from airport ended up costing $25 each way. Elevators were out of order. Other clients were extremely noisy from 1-3 am; a call to the front desk did not help matters.

Disliked: Noisy guests above our room for the first 4 nights which awakened us and kept us awake. 2 of the nights we called the front desk for intervention. After the fourth night we asked to be moved which was done. The better solution would have been to move the noisy guests. The manager was very sympathetic to our problem and we were compensated fairly. I would stay at this facility again.
