Hopefully next time they have...
Disliked: Their system crashed and this caused a backup in checking in. It took us about 45 minutes to check in. Also, I booked two rooms, one premium double queen room and a regular queen room. However, we were given two regular rooms but charged for the premium room.

Disliked: Breakfast was disaster... paper cups and plates, plastic cutlery, people were doing so much mess, it was dirty in dining room, the couches were also dirty. We definitely won't come back there...

Overall satisfactory
Liked: The room was lovely, very light and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was clean and we'll situated.
Disliked: The breakfast was something to be desired. The waffle batter was tasteless - we had much better at other Hampton's, and the dough was undercooked and doughy after baking. The swimming pool needed more chairs around the pool - only 7 in total.

Very poor
Liked: Liked the pool, jacuzzi, water pressure, TV, beds and breakfast.
Disliked: Furniture cracked, scratched. Looked like it came from a 2nd hand store. Skirt on bed worn and had holes. Door to bathroom hard to close and open. Front door lock bad. Had to call for someone to fix it twice. Lights in bathroom burned out. Electric outlet not working. Shower head sprayer very high not to code. Air conditioner malfunctioning. All this in room 574. Furniture in dining room area ripped and torn. Room not worth my $1,800.

Incredibly disappointed in the quality...
Liked: Breakfast included. Friendly staff
Disliked: Most of the furniture in the lobby area and also in our room was “peeling” from wear. Looks shabby. Disrepair. charging $26 to self park is ridiculous in this area. That was a shock and should be re-thought. Our bathroom mirror lighting was in disrepair and clearly could have been identified by staff as it was the only sink lighting. The bathroom sink was plugged when we arrived. Disappointed in the quality for the price for sure. Shame on Hilton for misrepresenting.
