We had a lovely stay.

Liked: Clean, friendly and easy to find. Close to a lot of things in San Diego.
Disliked: Breakfast area could have been cleaner and more attention paid to refilling the empty trays.

Disliked: The check in process was horrible and they charged the wrong card I’m having problems with the payment they are charging me for my stay when my stay should have be charged through booking.com and it wasn’t. I called to address this and they said it wasn’t going to be reversed and has yet to be done!

Liked: Plenty of parking and the free breakfast was the best of free breakfasts I’ve had.
Disliked: Walls and floor were either supper thin or our neighbors were really loud. Could hear their conversation in our room.

Liked: Location, reputation of Hampton. Snacks in the room.
Disliked: We were in room 534. There was hole in the wall over the headboard. Wallpaper coming off the wall near the A/C unit. Need to fix up the desk furniture. It is all nicked up. The breakfast foods were not great. The scrambled eggs were rubbery. The sausage was like cardboard. The potatoes were way overcooked so I went to the cereal and the Raisin Bran was stale. Very unusual for Hampton.
