It was a disappointing check-in,...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Upon check-in, there was no one at the front desk for approximately 15 - 25 minutes. Those of us in line were unsure what to do. Finally, a representative showed up, but she was very unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed that she had to help us. On top of that she offered no reason why she had been away for so long and did not offer an apology. There was another gentleman there, who had found someone in his room and had come back to get another room. The representative issued him a new key card, but was very unapologetic or helpful to him. He got on the elevator with us to attempt entering his room a second time, but was unable to. We last heard from him when he was getting on the elevator to try a third time.

Liked: The room was very comfortable. The beds were nice.
Disliked: The shower head couldn’t be adjusted. We went to the continental breakfast on Saturday morning around 7:30, and there was no regular coffee available
