Liked: The room was clean (aside from some stains on some of the pillowcases) breakfast was great, I loved using the indoor pool and hot tub and the staff was very friendly. Location was perfect, close enough to Uber back and forth from the downtown area with ease. Would def stay again!

Disliked: Staff was non-enthusiastic. Acted like they didn't want to be there. Check-in person gave us wrong instructions to get to our room. Showed up to breakfast and there was a sign that no hot breakfast was available. All coffees ran out. When replaced, the cups ran out. Staff was asked and they said there were no cups but a customer later opened the cabinet below and found cups. Room 117 had loud noise from elevator hydraulics

Liked: Building had a rear and front entrance close enough to elevators
Disliked: Hot tub did not work, pool was freezing, room was not clean, no bathroom towels, pillows were nasty and yellow. No room for pets to use the bathroom outside like most hotels that are pet friendly

Liked: We were exhausted but got quickly settled into our room. It was soooo comfy and breakfast was great.
