Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was especially true of the concierge. The location was great.

Good stay and value in...

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Convenient location and a good value. Staff and services were helpful.
Disliked: Had a room on an upper floor which made access to ground floor difficult when leaving hotel.

Liked: Comfortable, quiet in the room, accessible to public transport and front desk helped us get early check in
Disliked: Expensive and water fountain should have been in a better location like the lobby.

Liked: The hotel was great with an amazing location next to the Times Square and 5min walk from Bryant Park. For a 3-star hotel it met our expectations. Breakfast was included, which was also a big plus. There is an observation deck that offers nice views of New York. The room was not very big but enough spacious with everything that you need :)
Disliked: Our room faced the street next to one of the Broadway theatre buildings and there was some AC unit or similar device running constantly even at night, so it was making it quite noisy. Given the location, this is something you can expect, but it’s good to be prepared for it.Breakfast was repetitive with limited options and it was the same every day. We would have appreciated a wider selection, especially vegetables (which were completely missing) as well as items like cheese, ham or sausages.

Nice hotel at a very...

Liked: Breakfast... Well you won't leave hungry.The location is excellent, close to many NYC landmarks and well connected. It is most conveniently located for those interested in attending Broadway shows. Many major brand stores are in the vicinity. There is also a decent choice of restaurants at walking distance. Both the restaurants and the stores are usually open until late.
Disliked: The most remarkable downside would be the breakfast. We did enjoy freshly prepared waffles, though.
