Comfortable, cozy. Laundry was quoted...

Will never stay at a...

Disliked: Air conditioner sounded like a bad starter on a car. So loud it was hard to sleep.. Never been to hotel with no refrigerator, Safe was located on the floor basically unusable. Room was small with a view of a brick wall next door. Breakfast Buffet was lousy and the breakfast room so small you couldn't get a table.

Disliked: I met 3 staffs in checking counter. Only one staff was not nice when I checked out at 9:00am July 28th. It ruined my good experience of the hotel.

Very good

Liked: Good facilities, room was comfortable, good breakfast, Joseph was a great help. Location was great, they had coffee, hot/cold water available throughout day.
Disliked: Lifts can get busy at peak hours, but managed to avoid this and only waited when we had to check out.

Convenient, clean, courteous!

Liked: Great location. Staff were helpful and attentive. Spotless and comfortable.
Disliked: Consider offering more protein, and egg whites or egg substitute for breakfast.

Will never stay in this...

Liked: Location is certainly good.
Disliked: Not all but some staff members are racists. Made my family extremely uncomfortable. If hospitality is not something that interests you then why take a job in a hotel? Wish I could report these people..
