One of the best hotels...

Liked: The room was nice and clean. Plenty of room to put things in the bathroom and in the wardrobe, clothing area. The lighting was adequate. The location was great. The breakfast area and and the sitting area downstairs was exceptional. Love, loved having the 24-hour coffee, hot water option. The staff was absolutely wonderful. In all of my trips to NY, this was the best staff ever.
Disliked: Could use another chair (there was one) or a bench. The door to the bathroom was very very heavy. A regular door to the bathroom would have been preferred to the glass one since it was very heavy and not easy to open and close. Would love to have decaff coffee available in addition to the regular coffee in the 24-hour area or at least have instant decaff coffee packets along with the tea options to use with hot water. Just a suggestion.
