Disliked: Rooms too small.Small elevator/ waiting Everything is too compact.The breakfast was okay, too small the space.

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: I had anticipated complimentary parking, as the advertisement indicated "private parking." However, upon arrival, parking was priced at $70 for 12 hours. The blow dryer was non-functional, potentially due to issues with the electrical outlets in the bathroom. The heating system's instructions directed me to adjust the temperature via a wall-mounted thermostat, which was not present.

Great hotel!

Liked: The Hampton Inn Masison Square Garden is so close to everything. We came in for a show at MSG and it was kiddy corner to our street. So many close restaurants. The room was good, clean, and beds comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was complimentary and not bad - some cooked foods and options like bagels, cereal, toast. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Central location and some staff were helpful
Disliked: Breakfast was plentiful but of poor quality and the breakfast room was very crowded. There was nowhere to unpack anything at all in the room.

Superb

Liked: The Manager was very helpful and seems to inspire his team to act likewise. I knew the hotel and I try to stay with Hampton every trip. I love the breakfast and the hotel environment.
Disliked: On that particular day there was no biscuit available in the breakfast.
