Great hotel!

Liked: The Hampton Inn Masison Square Garden is so close to everything. We came in for a show at MSG and it was kiddy corner to our street. So many close restaurants. The room was good, clean, and beds comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was complimentary and not bad - some cooked foods and options like bagels, cereal, toast. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Central location and some staff were helpful
Disliked: Breakfast was plentiful but of poor quality and the breakfast room was very crowded. There was nowhere to unpack anything at all in the room.

Superb

Liked: The Manager was very helpful and seems to inspire his team to act likewise. I knew the hotel and I try to stay with Hampton every trip. I love the breakfast and the hotel environment.
Disliked: On that particular day there was no biscuit available in the breakfast.

Liked: Near to everywhere like penns station and every things and morning breakfast.
Disliked: Room....carpets is dirty ...And the big mirror in the room was also smeared with something..looked like some bodily fluids..not sure..

Liked: Great location, very walkable to Penn station, Times Square & Chelsea area. The building & area felt safe & the staff were very welcoming.
Disliked: Small and basic rooms, great for 1-2 nights.

Good for a quick stay

Liked: The location is perfect - next to the Penn station, walking distance to broadway, time square and other objects.
Disliked: If you come from Europe - be prepared that there are no vegetables at breakfast. Elevator could take minutes to come.
