Amazing

Liked: Everything is good. I really appreciate the hotel, the location, my experience with my family was so good.
Disliked: I think in the breakfast could have gluten and dairy free.

Great location and friendly staff....

Liked: The room was very nice with a good shower and space for our 2 suitcases.The bed was comfortable and our room was freshened up each day.The staff were excellent and all really helpful, friendly and polite.The hotel is located very centrally making it easy to get around New York with the subway entrance n the street corner. My wife enjoyed the breakfast.
Disliked: The breakfast room got a little crowded and the food was the same every day. Difficult for lactose intolerant people as all the breakfast products contain dairy, unless you buy your own. The location was great however this is a busy city as such at night there is a great deal of noise outside. The rooms are reasonably quiet but sirens and horns can be heard so bring earplugs and eye masks.

Great position, modern, clean.. but...

Liked: Great position, and clean with wooden floors in the rooms.The breakfast is good, but too small for such for all that peopole. If you go at 7-7.30am is fine, later you have to wait long time to get food.. and it’s hard to find a table.
Disliked: One of the 2 elevators was broken for 5 of the 6days we stay there.. unacceptable. We had to use the stairs to go to breakfast and to go back to the room.. 8 floors to go and 8 to come back.. because waiting the elevator was impossible.Sucha problem should have been solved in 1 day.

Liked: Good value, good central location , very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious for Manhattan.
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable.

Good stay near the Empire...

Liked: Excellent location and lovely staff.
Disliked: A bit of improvement on:- cleaning the bedrooms and their doors: bedroom, bathroom.- checking the old and noisy AC devices
