Great location and staff but...

Liked: Location was great. Front desk staff were friendly and inviting. Very responsive.
Disliked: I spilled a little water on the bathroom floor and when I wiped it up the tissue was black. The floor was filthy. Enough to make me stay somewhere else next time.
