Disliked: Came in late Thursday Night(12 midnight ) and needed a hot shower only to find NO HOT WATERNo hot water next morning so reported to Natasha and it was taken care of in 40 minutes!! Thanks so much Natasha

Liked: Your breakfast was pretty good but, of eight breakfasts on this trip, the best was at the Holiday Inn Express Richfield Utah.
Disliked: The shower in Room 312 never did get hot, even though the sink had plenty of hot water. My guess is that the cartridge is improperly installed or damaged. Also, this was the second Hampton Inn we stayed in on this trip. I don't like the bathroom light that comes on automatically when I walk into the bathroom. It is very disturbing to my partner who is trying to sleep.

Disliked: I have not been reimbursed. I was supposed to be refunded due to having cold water the entire time. Nothing has been done. I will be reaching out.
