Disappointed to say the least

Disliked: When I arrived a young lady did nothing but complain to her colleague about the system not working so she couldn’t check me in. Did nothing to rectify the problem so the colleague at least got me a key and off to my room. The room was spacious and clean and smelled like decomposing rodents. Because I wasn’t checked in I couldn’t access the WiFi. Took a few calls to get that working. The elevator had a sign posted that it was now out of order. My room was in the third floor. Not expensive, but not cheap considering where I was. Always found Hampton inn to be not only a good value but reliable. I will think twice before booking with you again.Shawn sullivan

Liked: Hotel is very conveniently located. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a good size and comfortable and well laid out. Standard breakfast options that are refilled regularly throughout the posted breakfast times.
Disliked: Pillows were small for a king size bed but were still fairly comfortable.

Disliked: Hot tub was barely warm. Literally. Something was wrong with it. Stayed 2 other times and those times the hot tub was great. Not this time
